It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a pick-up or further drop-off if the original delivery is missed by the customer. INGA-LENA will not take responsibility for goods after the first delivery attempt.
  
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day refund policy. This also applies to our sale items or items bought using a discount code, unless communicated differently on our site. To request a return authorization, please email contact@inga-lena.com and enter your original order number and email address. You will be contacted by our customer service within 24 hours.
Exchanges are subject to availability. Please note that we will only exchange an item for another item of the same style. Only the size or color may be changed. This should be noted in the return form. If an item is faulty please state the reason in the return form. You will receive your refund within 10 business days after your returned item is received by Inga-Lena. 
When making a return or exchange it is imperative that the garment is returned within 14 days of your receipt, complete with swing tags, in its original packaging and condition. Please ensure that you fill out the returns & exchanges form that we will send to you upon request. please note: We can not accept returns on pre-orders, customized designs or international orders. 
COVID-19: we are introducing a $10 handling fee on returns to cover for the additional sanitary measurements 
  
DISCOUNTS
We run frequent promotions and sales. You can not apply a discount code to Pre-Orders or items that are already on Sale.
 
PRE-ORDERS  
Pre-orders and custom-mades will delivery within 3weeks unless communicated differently on our site or personal e-mail exchange.

PAYMENT METHOD
We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express®. PayPal® is available for purchases made in $USD. We cannot accept checks, cash or money orders.
Customized designs will be invoiced individually via e-mail which can be paid via Credit Card, Wire Transfer, PayPal or Venmo.
 
SALES TAX
Sales tax in the US will only be charged on orders shipped to New York. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the US. 
Germany: Tax is already included (Mehrwertsteuer ist bereits im Preis enthalten.)
