DELIVERY INFORMATION

You can shop the collections through our online store.

We deliver orders worldwide using a 'signed for' service with tracking.

Orders are fulfilled and sent Monday - Friday from 10am - 4pm. You will only be charged once per order.

 

CHARGES

FREE US Delivery (UPS domestic ground) 2-6 working days

$30 US express (UPS domestic air) 2nd working day

$40 EUROPE (DHL) 6-12 working days

A signature must be provided at the delivery address in order for the goods to be released. If a signature can not be provided, the goods will not be left at the address. A card should be left by the courier to inform the customer of an attempt to deliver the goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a pick-up or further drop-off of goods if the original delivery is missed by the customer. INGA-LENA will not take responsibility for goods after the first delivery attempt.

INGA-LENA does not take responsibility for any customs charges or holding/return fees on any goods held or charged during international delivery. Customers are encouraged to research the local taxes and rules of their delivery address before placing international orders.

 

*please note: our international rates include import fees including customs, duties, and taxes. Customs vary widely from country to country. INGA-LENA estimate these import fees on international sales and charged during checkout. Australian orders over $1000 and other international orders over $2500 may be subject to additional duties and fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day refund or exchange policy. This also applies to our sale items or items bought using a discount code, unless communicated differently on our site.

PLEASE NOTE: We can not accept returns on pre-orders or customized designs unless we give exceptional, written approval.

When making a return or exchange it is imperative that the garment is returned within 14days of your receipt, complete with swing tags, in its original packaging and condition. 

Please ensure that you fill out the returns & exchanges form.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES PROCEDURE

GUESTS, MEMBERS AND FRIENDS:

To request a return authorization, please email sales@inga-lena.com and enter your original order number and email address.  You will be contacted by our customer service within 24 hours, Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM EST. (Holidays excluded)

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. 
  • Please note that we will only exchange an item for another item of the same style. Only the size may be changed. This should be noted in the returns form. 
  • If an item is faulty please state the reason in the returns form.
  • You will receive your refund within 15 business days after your returned item is received by INGA-LENA. An email will be sent as confirmation of the processed refund or exchange.
  • NOTE: $10 will be deducted from any refund on your domestic returns, using a prepaid UPS shipping label. Return shipment duration is 1-5 business days depending on your domestic location. For any exchange we charge $20 for pre-paid shipping. 
  • INTERNATIONAL MEMBERS NOTE: $30 will be deducted from any refund on your international returns, using a prepaid DHL shipping label. International returns can take 7-12 business days. For any international exchange we charge $60 for pre-paid shipping. 
  • If you would like to use your own shipping service, please save the tracking number until your refund is processed. In the event the package is lost, we require the tracking number to locate it and process the return. INGA-LENA is not responsible for the non-delivery of goods.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express®. PayPal® is available for purchases made in $USD. We cannot accept checks, cash or money orders.

We invoice our members for customized designs which can be paid via Credit Card authorization, PayPal or Venmo.

PRE-ORDER

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We are happy to make any necessary revisions but can not accept returns on pre-orders or customized designs unless communicated as an exception. 

 

MEMBER DISCOUNT

TRIAL MEMBERS get to shop with a 10% discount on all styles.

SILVER MEMBER get to shop with a 15% discount on all styles. 

GOLDEN MEMBERS get to shop with a 20% discount on all styles.

CUSTOMIZED-ORDER

MEMBERS and FRIENDS have the option to order customized designs. 

Charges for exclusive inquiries or customized design will be quoted piece by piece with a transparent price breakdown.

PLEASE NOTE:  Customers will receive an invoices plus order confirmation via email. 

Customized orders are excluded from our return option, unless communicated differently.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the US.

European VAT will be calculated at check-out.
